The Power of the Hug

This is a picture from an article called “The Rescuing Hug”. The article details the first week of life of a set of twins. Apparently, each were in their respective incubators, and one was not expected to live. A hospital nurse fought against the hospital rules and placed the babies in one incubator. When they were placed together, the healthier of the two threw an arm over her sister in an endearing embrace. The smaller baby's heart rate stabilized and her temperature rose to normal.

Let us not forget to embrace those whom we love.

The Hug is not uniquely human, but it is uniquely beneficial......

In a video recently uploaded to YouTube, Gregg Braden tells the heartwarming, true story of twins Brielle and Kyrie Jackson, who were born on October 17, 1995, twelve weeks before their due date.  After spending six months together in their mother’s womb, the twins were immediately separated after their birth because the standard hospital practice in 1995 was to place preemie twins in separate incubators to reduce the risk of infection.  Listen to Gregg Braden tell the rest of the story:

Braden’s purpose for telling the story was to elicit an emotional response.  It certainly worked on me.  Braden went on to discuss the power of emotions that come from the heart instead of the mind.  Heart-based emotions are the language of the Divine Matrix and have a “direct effect on the stuff that our world is made of – on the atoms and the molecules of our physical world.”

Our emotions provide the rocket fuel for our intentions and enable us to “transcend the laws of physics and biology as we know them today.”    In order to manifest our intentions, we must feel the feeling as if the intention has already happened. Our power is virtually limitless when we fuel our intentions with heart-based emotions, which is the message in this Neville Goddard quote:

“There is a power inside every human against which no earthly force is of the slightest consequence.”

Braden concluded: “The power to create, to heal, to love, to create peace in our world, peace in your family, to have the love and nurturing that you desire – that power is already in your heart. “
